It defines disease as “失常”, discord. It indicates there are several stages to become discordant.
1. It’s about the mind getting distracted, restless, and inattentive.
2. Emotionally sensitive: easy to be motivated by the outside world, temptation, emotion, or urge; shows poor self-control.
3. Getting serious: the body and the mind are separated; mouth does not follow heart; conflicts arise between the inside and the outside; be no longer with yourself; be insincere; lose capability in expressing #happiness, anger, sadness, or joy.
A special case: When you should be happy, you suppress it. Once getting used to it, you won’t be able to feel any happiness.
