I am curious: how our ancients dealt with mental health? Did they have mental health diseases? As they created so many emotion-related characters consisting βheart β εΏβ. Each one is telling an inspiring story.
The Chinese character βζβ β fear and panic, consists of two basic characters: βεΏβ and βη½β. βεΏβ means heart. βη½β stands for white or empty.
“Fear is because of an empty heartβ – unconfident and lack of knowledge.
Let’s take a converse thinking: fearlessnesses, are like newborn calf not afraid of tiger, or being tempered with self-knowledge; are having very strong hearts, through non-stop long term faithful self-cultivation, self-encouragement, self-enrichment on the heart, thought, mind and soul; are refusing to do nothing, refusing to deceive self with strong hearts and benevolence.
Why there are so many fears and panics in this pandemic? What do we lack of? Understanding of mother nature? the invisible tiny killer virus? or ourselves?
Filling our heart with knowledge and love is our freedom from fears and scares.
Intelligence is a gift. Wisdom is a choice.
Love mother Earth!
Happy Mother’s Day! β€οΈβ
