易: Easy, Simple; Change; Exchange

易(日: Sun, day; 月: Moon, night) holds the key to Chinese ancient culture. If 3,6,9 is the key to the truth of the universe,《易经》Yi Jing tells us how to get the key.

Yi Jing reveals the simplest law of the universe: the same law of the stars in the solar system, of the high mountains, flowing water… on earth. Following this law, we can infer the past and future’s development.

This law has three principles:

1️⃣Nothing in the universe is invariable. Everything MUST CHANGE through a process of birth, age, sickness, and death. Just like the sun rises daily, and it sets in the west. If the sun does not fall one day, the world is finished. Indian Buddhism calls this change “impermanence”.

2️⃣The law of the universe appears very complicated when our wisdom is not enough to explain. Once our wisdom reaches, we understand that it is EXTREMELY SIMPLE. Just like no one questions the moon’s cycles.

3️⃣These universe BASIC RULES NEVER CHANGE. Nothing can escape the constraints of rules of birth, age, sickness, and death, including the sun, earth, moon… society, species. This ruling is called “God”, “Buddha”, “Bodhisattva” in religions, “noumenon” in philosophy.

Universal law is invisible. It cannot be measured by technology or science.☕
