- Age: Don’t care too much about your age. A young mindset is more important than a young body. Modern science shows that a positive mindset can promote good health.

- Worry: It is inevitable that life is not perfect. Worry just keeps the bad problem fermenting, and makes the problems worse.
- Anger: With the world’s fast development, there are more and more strange things that can easily make you angry. Facing dynamic changes, we must learn to embrace them with an open mind. On the other hand, being angry is very bad for mental and physical health. As anger does not make things better, relieve yourself, and try to maintain happiness, you become your master.

A woman who was often angry about trivial things went to a master for advice. After listening to her narration, the master led her to a Zen room and left.
She was so angry being left alone and began to yeah. The master came back after she was finally silent, “Are you still angry?”
“I’m only angry at myself. How silly I am to come to this place to ask for this isolation!”
“How can someone become calm who refuses to forgive herself!” The master walked away.
After a while, he came back, “Are you still angry?”
“I’m not angry anymore.”
“It is obvious that angry can’t get you to teach me.” The master left.
When the master came for the 3rd time, she told him: “I am not angry now. I don’t want to waste my time here.” The master smiled and said: “There is still a root of angry in your heart.”
When the master came the 4th time, she asked, “Master, what is angry?”
The master poured the tea in his hand to the ground… She looked at it for a while, suddenly realized something; and then left with thanks.
Our life is like the cup of tea in the master’s hands, it might instantly merge into the soil with no trace. Life is short and precious. Does it worth our precious life to consume our precious energy in getting angry? What would happen if anger accumulate?
We all know very simple life principles that watering too much kills flowers, eating too much kills fish,…, do we know that suffering too much anger kills people? And how angry impact our life quality and longevity?
- People who frequently looking for angry, like Lin Daiyu in “Dream of the Red Chamber”, generally live 20-50 years old;
- People who easily get angry because of others generally live 50-60 years old;
- People who are often angry with themselves and also make others angry, like most ordinary people, generally live 60-70 years old;
- People who often make others angry, but they themselves not easy to get angry, generally live around 80 years old;
- No matter how angry others are, you can treat it indifferently. They are called masters and generally live around 90 years old;
- People who never be angry with others, and make people around to feel happy, called a noble moral person, and generally live a hundred years or more.
